Going-Out Harness

I designed and created a leather harness for going out. It holds your phone, cards, pepper spray, lip gloss, and more. Additionally it is a modular design. Each part can be removed and changed out to increase functionality. See video below for demonstration.

I began by creating a mood board for my harness. I then created thumbnails to get an idea for what I would make. I began patterning by laying out my harness idea on a mannequin. Then I cut, dyed, and finished raw Veg-Tan leather to create my pieces. I installed snaps, grommets and buckles to bring my design together. I sewed the pouch and daisy chain out of a thinner purple leather and used snaps to attach them to the harness.
